Fulfillment and Refund Policy

1. Service Delivery

1.1 Project Initiation

- Upon agreement, you will receive a Service Agreement outlining the complete scope of work

- Our team will begin work after receiving all necessary access to documents and software required for development

- Project timeline will be specified in your Service Agreement

1.2 Development Process

- Progress updates will be provided throughout the development process

- Client participation and feedback is essential for project success

- Any modifications to the original scope of work may affect the project timeline and cost

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Seven-Day Unconditional Refund

- Clients may request a full refund within seven (7) business days of signing the Service Agreement

- Refund requests must be submitted in writing within this seven-day window

- Refund amount cannot exceed the amount paid

- No refunds will be available after the seven-day period has expired

2.2 Project Timeline Extensions

- If a project exceeds the estimated completion timeline, Codi Technologies will fulfill the original Scope of Work at no additional cost

- This guarantee applies only to features included in the original Scope of Work

- New features or modifications requested after the Service Agreement will be treated as additional work and priced accordingly
